We use highly sophisticated tools along with other means to determine the moisture content within walls and ceilings.
Stucco on the walls of buildings is rarely done properly which leads to leakage within the walls, which then leads to structural damage.
Roof leakage is sometimes hard to pinpoint for its entry source, which will also lead to extensive damage. Water intrusion can lead
to extensive damage and costly repairs.
We can also evaluate for energy loss in commercial and residential buildings using this
same technology to pinpoint where heat and cold are either entering or leaving the building. Then improvements can be made which could
eventually save our clients a significant amount of money.
